TERMS

 

All Rental rates are subject to Florida state taxes of 10%

Terms: 50% down payment to hold reservation. Balance due 45 days prior to rental dates. Payment must include all taxes.

Security and Pet Deposits Separate check must be made for all security deposits. Security deposit and Pet security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after inspection and cleaning of unit.

Payment can also be made by Master Card or Visa

Cancellation of reservation will result in loss of deposit

 

Check in time is 11:00 am on agreed date. Check out time is 4:00 pm on agreed date.
